Today was average in that I did a bunch of stuff before work (dishes, load of laundry, get coffee). Then at work, I was pretty productive, no meetings so I’m always able to get more done. After work, quick stop at Walgreen’s for some sundries. Get home, talk to Han about the day, make dinner (chicken enchiladas-Mom’s recipe).
The twists come in when we have a meeting at the house about marketing the podcast. It lasts two hours. We get some things figured out, but this stuff is new to all of us so we’re just making it up as we go along pretty much. Anyone out there want to help us get listeners & advertising? We can’t pay you anything & there’s not much to work with. Any takers?
The other twist came in the form of buying a couple tickets to a big show. On August 3, Han & I will grab a seat in the lawn of Irvine Meadows (now Verizon Wireless Amphitheater) to see Bob Dylan, Wilco, My Morning Jacket & Ryan Bingham! I’ve never seen any of them & it should be cool. That’s my betterment for the day (and the productivity at work).
