I let myself have an easy morning and went back into town to have breakfast and coffee from the Coal Creek Coffee Co. in Laramie. It was lovely. I got on the road just after 8 am, and made my way further west. It was cool to the see the back of the Wasatch to the south and then ultimately to be driving through them and down into the valley.
I arrived at my sister’s house at 2:15 pm and regaled her with my road stories. Then around 4 pm, she asked if I wanted to go for a walk. After reading about the hike in Austin, she thought that might be fun without the cliff-scaling. Of course, I said yes.
We made our way toward Bountiful to the Wild Rose Trail. It was only 2 miles, but it had some elevation to it. It was fun though. Here are some pics:
I’m going to hang here until Friday, then I’ll head down to Las Vegas. We have some things on a list of possibilities so trust that I’ll continue the updates 🙂
